Completing Your Training

Completing a course is what gets recorded against you for compliance. Here's how to make sure your completion counts.

What counts as complete

A course marks complete when you've met all of its requirements — typically viewing all the content and, where applicable, passing any check at the end. Until then it shows as in progress.

Due dates

Your training may have a due date. Aim to finish before it so you stay compliant. You can see your status when you sign in.

Reminder emails

If you haven't finished, you may receive reminder emails until you complete the course. Once you're done, the reminders stop.

"I finished but it still shows incomplete"

  • Make sure you reached the final screen of the course — closing early can leave it in progress.
  • Let the course finish saving before closing the window; closing too quickly can lose the last update.
  • Re-open the course; it should resume where you left off so you can reach the end.
  • If it still won't update, contact your administrator — they can look at your tracking record and help.
Good to know

Once your course shows complete, you're done — there's nothing else you need to submit. Your administrator can see your completion in their reports.
