Quick fixes for the problems learners run into most often.

I didn't get my invitation email

Check your spam or junk folder first. Confirm you're checking the same address the invitation was sent to. If it's still missing, ask your organization's administrator to resend it, and ask your IT team to allow email from our sending domain.

My one-time sign-in code isn't arriving

Wait a minute and request it again — email can be delayed. Check spam, and make sure you typed your email correctly. See Logging In for more.

My course won't load

Use an up-to-date browser and allow pop-ups for the site, since some courses open in a new window. On a corporate network, a firewall may block course content — your IT team can help. See Taking a Course.

I finished but it still shows incomplete

Make sure you reached the final screen and let the course finish saving before closing it. Re-open it to resume where you left off and reach the end. If it still won't update, your administrator can review your tracking record. See Completing Your Training.

I'm locked out of my account

After several failed attempts an account can be temporarily locked. Your organization's administrator can unlock it. If you forgot a password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
