Logging In
You only need your email address to get started. Here's how to sign in and what to do if you can't.
Signing in
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address where you received your training invitation.
- Enter your password, or — if your account uses email codes — enter the one-time code we send to your inbox.
Didn't get your code or invitation?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you're using the same email address the invitation was sent to.
- Wait a minute and request the code again — emails can take a moment to arrive.
- If it still doesn't arrive, ask your IT team to allow messages from our sending domain.
Locked out?
After several failed attempts your account may be temporarily locked. Your organization's administrator can unlock it for you. If you've forgotten a password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page to set a new one.
