Languages

Training rolls out across many countries, so the platform supports multiple languages for both the interface and communications.

Supported languages

The platform interface and course content are available in 13 languages, covering learners in over 100 countries.

How language is chosen

  • Per user — each person has a preferred language that controls the interface and the emails they receive.
  • Learner self-service — learners can change their own preferred language from their profile at any time.
  • At sign-up — where a sign-up link or invitation specifies a language, new accounts start in that language.

Emails and reminders

Notification and reminder emails are sent in the recipient's preferred language, so learners get clear instructions in a language they understand. See Notifications.

Setting each learner's preferred language correctly — ideally during import — means everyone receives their training and reminders in the right language from day one.
