Billing and Payments

This page covers how billing works for your account — what you're charged, when, and how to manage your payment details.

How you're charged​

Billing is monthly. Each billing period you pay:

  • $29 platform minimum — covers up to 15 package assignments for that period.
  • $2 per assignment — for every assignment above the included 15.

If you assign training to 20 people in a month, your bill is $29 + (5 × $2) = $39. If you assign 10, you pay just the $29 minimum. See Pricing for the full breakdown.

Edit Payment​

Access your payment method from the top-right menu → Edit Payment. This is where you add or update the credit card on file. The stored card is charged for your monthly platform fee and any per-assignment overage.

Card details are processed and stored securely by Stripe — the platform never holds your full card number.

Connect with Stripe​

If you sell training packages online using the platform's built-in checkout, you need to connect a Stripe account so purchase payments go directly to you. Access this from the top-right menu → Connect with Stripe.

Clicking the button redirects you to Stripe to authorize the connection. Once you complete the OAuth flow, your Stripe account ID is saved and all future package purchases are paid out to it, minus a 5% transaction fee. To disconnect, return to the same page and choose Disconnect.

Stripe Connect vs. Edit Payment

Edit Payment is the card you use to pay the platform (your monthly fee and assignment charges). Connect with Stripe is the account where you receive money from learners who buy your packages. They are independent — you can have one without the other.

Accounting and records​

Your billing history is available under Billing in the top-right menu. Each row shows the assignments included in the charge so your finance team can reconcile what you were billed.
