Groups

The Groups tab assigns the package to one or more customer groups. Every user in an assigned group gains access to the package's courses.

Adding and removing groups

• Click Add Group to open the group picker and assign the package.
• To remove a group, click Remove from package on the group row and confirm.

Why use groups

Assigning at the group level is the most efficient way to roll out training to a large set of learners — all current and future members of the group are covered automatically. For one-off assignments or users who aren't part of a group, use the Assign Users tab instead.
