Settings

The Settings tab controls how the package appears, who can find it, and how it can be purchased.

Name and description

Name is what learners and administrators see everywhere the package is referenced. Description is a rich-text field shown on the package's public or shared page — use it to explain what the training covers and who it's for.

Price

Set a price if you sell the package. Leave it at $0 for free packages that you assign rather than sell.

Visibility

Controls who can find and view the package:

SettingWhat it means
PublicThe package appears in the public catalog.
UnlistedNot in the public catalog, but accessible via a URL you share directly.
PrivateVisible only to you while signed in.
HideHidden from all learners on their My Courses page.

Domain limitation

Restricts who may self-enroll via the package's Invite Link. Enter a space-separated list of email domains (e.g. abc.com xyz.com) — only addresses in those domains can register. Leave blank to allow anyone with the link to enroll.

Purchase URL type

TypeWhat it means
e-LearningCoursesUse the platform's built-in checkout. No storefront or merchant account needed — payment is collected and the package is assigned automatically when the purchase completes.
Other eCommerce systemSell through your own provider. When that provider notifies you of a sale, sign in and assign the package manually.
NoneNo online purchase option — you assign the package to users directly.

Purchase URL

The URL your customers use to purchase the package. When you choose the built-in e-LearningCourses checkout it is generated automatically and set to read-only. For other eCommerce systems, paste your provider's checkout URL here.

Getting paid

If you use the built-in checkout you have two payout options:

  • Connect a Stripe account to receive payouts directly.
  • Receive a monthly check (USA only) or PayPal payment.

Either way, payment is collected from your customer and you receive the proceeds minus a 5% transaction fee.

Thumbnail

An optional cover image for the package. Requirements: JPEG or PNG, maximum 512 KB, maximum 1280 × 720 px. The image is displayed at a 16:9 ratio — upload at that ratio to avoid cropping.
